At INSPIRE, we are taking all the necessary precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 based on MDHHS state guidelines. Below are the following steps we are taking to ensure our families and employees are safe.
Our employees and families have the option to use personal protective equipment, such as gloves, face masks or shields while at the clinic or in your home. We ask that all family members and staff continue to follow state guidelines. Our clients are not required to use PPE but we recommend it for those that are able to.
We procure, store, and maintain necessary supplies to ensure the treatment environment is clean prior to each session. We have developed a detailed cleaning schedule and trained employees on hygiene and sanitation practices. Prior to and after each session, treatment environments will be cleaned and sanitized. To ensure this process is completed, we have created a detailed checklist that employees will complete each session.
If an employee or client indicates that they may have been potentially exposed or are showing symptoms, we will require them to stay home and isolate for the period of time recommended by their physician and local/state guidelines. If at any time you or your family are showing symptoms or have been exposed to someone who is showing symptoms, we ask that you please cancel services until you have been cleared by a physician.
We will be in contact with our families and employees consistently. Communication will always be presented in written form and sent via email.
Our protocol and procedures are adapted from local, state and federal guidelines.
