At INSPIRE, we are taking all the necessary precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Below are the following steps we are taking to ensure our families and employees are safe.
Our employees will use personal protective equipment, such as gloves, face masks or shields while at the clinic or in your home. We ask that all family members who come to our clinic also wear face masks per local and state requirements. Our clients are not required to use PPE but we recommend it for those that are able to.
We will mitigate exposure by limiting the number of close contact interactions between employees and clients in the following ways:
We procure, store, and maintain necessary supplies to ensure the treatment environment is clean prior to each session. We have developed a detailed cleaning schedule and trained employees on hygiene and sanitation practices. Prior to and after each session, treatment environments will be cleaned and sanitized. To ensure this process is completed, we have created a detailed checklist that employees will complete each session.
Daily health screens will be conducted for all clients and employees prior to sessions. Health screens will ask if the individual or anyone in their household has symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19 and if they have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19. If an employee or client indicates in their health screen that they may have been potentially exposed or are showing symptoms, we will require them to stay home and isolate for the period of time recommended by their physician and local/state guidelines. If at any time you or your family are showing symptoms or have been exposed to someone who is showing symptoms, we ask that you please cancel services until you have been cleared by a physician. In addition to the health screen, all employee and client’s temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer prior to sessions. Any employees or clients who arrive to the session with a fever of 100.4 degree or any other symptoms will be sent home.
We will be in contact with our families and employees consistently. Communication will always be presented in written form and sent via email.
Our protocol and procedures are adapted from local, state and federal guidelines.
