Job Responsibilities:

• Working one on one with children with autism
• Providing clinic and in-home ABA therapy
• Reporting and collecting data
• Attending weekly staff meetings
• Attending necessary trainings 

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English
• Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and conduct correspondence related to work
• Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record
• No convictions for child or sex abuse and ability to pass DSS 1326 clearance
• Have own phone, or reliable access to messages
• Meet physical requirements for position, which may include ability to assist in lifting clients, packages, and equipment
• Maintain confidentiality in regards to all client information
• Ability to work with others as a team
• Commitment to the mission and purpose of Inspire Autism 
• Satisfactory work history

• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing parent trainings
• Training Behavior Technicians to implement the treatment plan and collect the necessary measures of performance
• Analyzing data through graphical representation
• Updating treatment plans when efficient client progress is not being met.
• Reviewing literature

Qualifications: 

• Masters degree in Education, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Social Work 
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst  
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English. 
• Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and conduct correspondence related to work.
