Keri is a caring and compassionate licensed and board certified behavior analyst with over 8 years experience working in the field of ABA. Keri earned both bachelor’s and master’s level degrees at Western Michigan University, studying Psychology and German with a concentration in Behavior Analysis. Keri began working with children with special needs in 2008 while completing her undergraduate degree and was inspired by the positive impact that ABA had on the lives of children and families, encouraging her to pursue her BCBA certification. Keri’s experience spans across individuals aged 2-21, and a variety of developmental disabilities, most specifically Autism Spectrum Disorder. Keri takes great pride in helping the children she works with to reach their full potential while supporting parents and families throughout their child’s progress. Keri is also passionate about supporting and preparing young professionals as they gain their own experience and education in the field of ABA, hoping to expand and enhance the field for decades to come. In her free time, Keri takes pleasure in spending time with her husband and 4 teenage daughters enjoying daily activities, golfing, attending concerts, and traveling to new places.

Danielle graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She always knew she wanted to help people and most importantly work with children. She took an ABA tutor position in Grand Rapids, MI straight out of college and was immediately hooked. Danielle worked as a behavior technician while continuing her education at Western Michigan University with a master's in behavior analysis; earning her BCBA certification in 2018. Danielle has served as a technician and BCBA both in-center and in-home since 2014, working with clients ranging from 1-18 years old. More recently, Danielle has experience providing remote ABA services for clients in North Carolina for nearly 2 years. This position served as a challenge to build communication and training skills all virtually, in which Danielle really found her niche in telehealth parent training. She is excited to be back in-center and make a difference with closer proximity! When Danielle is not working, she spends a lot of her time with her daughter and husband, visiting farmer's markets and getting coffee. She is also a psychological thriller reader, and you can catch her reading at silent book clubs at the nearest coffee shop.
