Payton is a dedicated professional with a passion for preparing children to become successful learners. With an educational background in early childhood education, psychology, and applied behavior analysis, Payton holds an A.S. in Early Childhood Education, a B.A. in Psychology with an ABA Concentration, and an M.Ed. in Special Education with an ABA Concentration.
Payton’s diverse experience includes roles as a Preschool Teacher, Behavior Technician (BT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These positions have allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of child development and behavior management strategies.
In 2020, Payton founded INSPIRE Autism, a company committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorders. As the founder, she currently oversees company operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the standard of care across the organization.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Payton enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her children, husband, family, and friends.
James is a passionate clinician who has a history working with individuals 2 – 21 on the autism spectrum. He received his Master Degree in Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis concentration from Oakland University. Since entering the field in 2016 and obtaining his board certification in 2018, James has demonstrated the ability to train hundreds of employees and manage both clinical and administrative processes. James’ passion is motivating staff to reach their full potential and creating treatment plans that increase the quality of life for his clients. James is married to a behavior analyst and has a new baby girl. He also enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
Prior to serving with Inspire Autism, Brandon led several real estate appraisal services companies in various roles (VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and eventually Managing Partner), managing 250+ employees in over 80 metropolitan markets with 20,000+ contractors providing industry leading service in all 50 states. Through that leadership, the company became the largest independent appraisal firm in the US. After this successful endeavor Brandon wanted to lead a company with a more impactful mission and a team that is truly making a difference in lives. Brandon's goal since joining Inspire Autism in January, 2023 is to continue being the absolute best ABA provider for our valued families and to grow our outreach.
Kristin M. Hustyi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with licenses to practice in Michigan and Kentucky. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Departmental Honors from Western Michigan University. She has previously served as the Vice President of Research and Development at LittleStar ABA Therapy and the National Director of Outcomes and Invo Healthcare. She currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for Inspire Autism. In this role, Kristin champions the delivery of cutting-edge, evidence-based clinical services that maximizes outcomes for clients and nurtures the growth of a top-tier clinical team. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Kristin has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and presented original research at more than 50 professional conferences and meetings nationwide. Her commitment to service in the field of behavior analysis is demonstrated by her numerous volunteer experiences, including her work as a subject matter expert for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA) and the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP), among others.
Kelsey began her career as a middle and high school special education teacher in 2014. As she pursued her continuing education, she fell in love with the field of behavior analysis and started working as a behavior technician in 2014, received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017. Kelsey has experience working with individuals with autism, ages 2-18 within community, clinic, and in-home settings and is driven to help deliver high-quality, assent based services. Additionally, Kelsey has experience and finds passion in leading teams of clinicians and behavior technicians by fostering a work culture that drives empathy, compassion, and trust to facilitate personal and professional development and growth. During her free time, Kelsey enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Brittany Morgan has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. Originally from the East Lansing area, Brittany attended both Texas Tech University and Michigan State University. She now works remotely from the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, bringing her dedication and attention to detail to every aspect of her role.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with two-year-old pitbull, Peach, as well as shopping and baking something delicious in the kitchen. She loves being part of the Inspire Autism team and takes great pride in helping clients achieve meaningful goals through compassionate, individualized care.

Erin is responsible for coordinating scheduling, managing client intake and onboarding, supporting the clinical team, and serving as a key liaison between families and therapists. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to maintaining a welcoming and responsive environment help ensure that every family receives the support they need throughout their therapy journey.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, her family and friends, she loves running, reading and always striving to bring the same care and dedication to her community as she does to her professional role.

Brendon has dedicated the past nine years to working in the field of autism, supporting individuals between the ages of 2 and 21 in both in-home and clinic-based settings. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis on Autism. Throughout his career, Brendon has served in a variety of roles, including Registered Behavior Technician, case manager, practicum student, and, most recently, in an administrative capacity.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Brendon's work has been partnering with individuals and their families from the very beginning of their journey and witnessing the meaningful progress achieved over time. He is especially passionate about teaching daily living skills, finding great fulfillment in helping individuals gain the tools they need to become more independent in their everyday lives and future endeavors.

Victoria brings several years of experience in the ABA field, with a strong background in both direct service and administrative roles. Her journey began in 2018 as a Behavior Technician, where she worked closely with clients to implement treatment plans. She later became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), advanced into a Lead RBT position, and ultimately transitioned into a Scheduling Coordinator role. In that capacity, she oversaw operations across six of the organization’s ten sites. Victoria is passionate about using her hands-on experience and strong organizational skills to help teams run smoothly, and she’s excited to grow her role with Inspire.
Outside of work, Victoria is a proud mom to her four-year-old son, Finn—her spirited Halloween baby who’s a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and The Mario Brothers. Together, they love exploring the Richmond area, whether it's enjoying the local amusement park, splashing around at the pool, or hiking through the city’s many trails.
When she’s not on an adventure with Finn, Victoria enjoys live music, thrift shopping, and checking out new restaurants around the city. A 2017 graduate of Averett University, she holds a double major in Musical Theatre and Psychology. Her love for the stage is still going strong—she’s always on the lookout for her next concert or theatre performance. Victoria also enjoys experimenting with hair styles, cuts, and colors, often with the help of her supportive group of friends who don’t mind being her test subjects.
