Anna is a passionate clinician who's enthusiastic about using the science of behavior analysis to help children diagnosed with autism through ABA therapy. She graduated from Oakland University with a master's in Special Education, concentrating on Applied Behavior Analysis. With experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), she has now advanced to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Anna is dedicated to improving her clients' well-being and teaching them new learning strategies, often collaborating with other professionals involved in occupational therapy and speech therapy to provide comprehensive support. In her free time, Anna enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
Carlie's passion for behavior analysis began in 2015 when she was first introduced to the field as a behavior technician. She quickly fell in love with the science behind behavior analysis, particularly in the context of ABA therapy, and went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020.

In her spare time, Carlie enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her friends, family, and pets.

After teaching for 10 years in an ASD classroom, she attended the Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, becoming board certified in 2017. With a professional focus on early intervention and communication, Laurie also values the role of occupational therapy in supporting her clients' development. In her free time, she enjoys spending moments with family and friends.

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with both kids and adults in various settings, such as schools, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and TBI clinics, also integrating techniques from occupational therapy. In her free time, Alayna enjoys baking, bowling, and traveling with family and friends.
